The History of the PPM Technology Group
It is getting more and more difficult to cover the demand of fossil energy raw materials of industrial states they back short and above all they are getting more and more expensive.
Bases on this cognition we have adjusted the emphasis of the PPM Technology group with headquarter in Asperhofen / Austria, on new techniques for decentral energy circulation system. We have our own development and offer our own products.
In order to realize this - Peter Paul Münzberg - he purchased in 1996 the insolvency mass of Öko-Bau-Oranienburg GmbH and UBERA GmbH. In cooperation with ECB ENERKO Consult Berlin GmbH (later: ECB ENVIRO Berlin AG) the PPM Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG has been found on 02.07.1997. They are dealing with biogas technique and research, development, manufacturing and marketing of products and technologies for environmental matters.
Also the Biogas plant in Kremmen, near Oranienburg, which was bankrupt has been completed and put in operation with own expectations in March 1998. The plant in Kremmen has been used for research purposed and has a processing capacity of 48.000 tons liquid manure per year and a production capacity of 960.000 m³ Biogas per year. A co-generation unit with an electrical power of 215 kW and thermal power of 325 kW belong also to this facility.
In course of time new contacts could be made and the bio diesel technology has been developed. The existing, Biodieselplant in Asperhofen, Austria was in liquidation and has been bought and reconstructed and operated. In January 1999 the PPM Energie aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen GmbH has been found, the registered office is still in Asperhofen, Austria. In this facility a team of scientists developed an own bio diesel technology and followed the purpose to fulfil the requested standard, that the Bio diesel, which has been manufactured according to DIN 51606 (since October 2004 DIN EN 14214).
January 2004 the ECB ENVIRO Berlin AG went bankrupt, because the receivables of more than 2, 5 Mio. Euro were uncollectibe.
Due to constant research and development for the bio diesel technology in Asperhofen and in Sohland/Spree the process of the production of Bio diesel could be optimized. The efficiency of the process could be improved and therefore the output could be raised to more than 98%. End of 2005 we had the possibility to build a modern biodieselunit with a capacity of 25.000 t/a in Narangba, Australia. It was the first Biodieselunit in Australia with the latest innovation of the PPM Technology group.
On 13.01.2006 the PPM Energie Germany GmbH has been found. They are a 100% affiliated company of the PPM Energie aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen. The PPM Energie aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen GmbH is now responsible for the whole technology - processing of the contract to construction Management and is top of the PPM Technologie Gruppe since 2004.
The annual turnover of the parent company was in 2007 more than ... Millionen Euro. We build plants in many European countries and sell plant worldwide. In Germany the fiscal policy to build such plant fixed by law.
